1. About the Service

The Service provides an online platform where users can submit structured inquiries about a property. The submission is a request to a property owner/manager, not a confirmed reservation and not a guarantee that the property will be available or that the owner/manager will respond.

Any agreement to rent, lease, or otherwise use a property is formed directly between the user and the relevant property owner/manager. macrosyntaxis.com is not a party to such rental/lease agreement.

2. Required Identification Information (Legal Notice)

If you offer goods or services through e-commerce/online contracting, you must ensure direct, easy access to mandatory identification information on the website, in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (№ 675-VIII).

3. Pre-Contract Information and Returns/Refusal (Legal Notice)

For distance contracts with consumers, the provider must provide pre-contract information with identification of the seller and essential contract terms, and must ensure that the return/refusal process is accessible online, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

4. Personal Data

Processing personal data for operating the website/service (including leads, bookings, and support) generally requires an appropriate legal basis. Where processing is based on consent, consent must be informed and voluntary, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

5. Acceptable Use

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, access it without authorization, or use it to transmit unlawful content.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when contacting property owners/managers.

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, macrosyntaxis.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Service does not control property availability, quality, pricing, responsiveness, or the actions of property owners/managers.

macrosyntaxis.com does not guarantee that a user will receive a reply, that a property will be reserved, or that any rental/lease terms offered by a property owner/manager will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

7. Disputes and Complaints

Users may submit complaints to the business. In addition, complaints may be submitted via the e-consumer portal. We will handle complaints in accordance with the framework of Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or acted in a harmful or unlawful manner. Any termination does not affect rights related to already created communications or agreements directly with property owners/managers.

9. Seller/Service Provider Identification (Ukraine)
